Andy started his career in public accounting audit with Arthur Andersen in St. Louis. After industry positions in internal audit, corporate accounting and financial analysis, Andy opened the Memphis office of Norrell Financial Staffing, a new division of a $1B Atlanta based staffing company, focusing on temporary and direct-hire accounting placements. In 2000 Andy became a Senior Recruiter for FedEx Corporation where he recruited top tier MBAs from the internet and college programs including Wake Forest, Georgia and Tennessee. After 5 years with FedEx, Andy joined the senior level accounting and finance consulting practice of a Fortune 500 staffing and consulting firm. In 2006 Andy moved from Memphis to St. Louis as Division Director of the St. Louis consulting division. Andy holds a Certified Public Accountant Certificate, is a member of the AICPA & MSCPA, and earned his BSBA in Accounting from The University of Missouri – Columbia. As founder of AB Search, Andy continues to provide exceptional service while truly enjoying the relationships he develops with his clients, candidates and colleagues.

Nathan Butler is a Recruiting Manager at AB Search. Nathan started his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen in St. Louis. Following his time in public accounting, Nathan had experiences working in both small, tightly held organizations as well as large, multi-national organizations. In these organizations, Nathan held leadership positions in both accounting and non-accounting roles. It is this diverse background that allows Nathan to truly connect with candidates and employers. Nathan holds a Certified Public Accountant Certificate, is a member of the AICPA & MSCPA, and earned his BS in Accounting from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Nathan joined AB Search to expand on his passion to serve people by providing exceptional service to our clients and candidates.
